Getting Started
Take a screenshot of any workout plan (coaching app, PDF, Instagram post, whatever) and upload it to Paicer. Our AI extracts the structure and converts it to a format your Garmin® watch understands. Hit sync, and it's on your watch in seconds.
Pretty much anything. Screenshots from coaching apps, photos of handwritten notes, PDFs from your coach, Instagram workout posts, even texts from your running club. If there's a workout in there, we can probably read it.
Yep, you'll need a Garmin Connect™ account to sync workouts. We connect through Garmin's official API using OAuth, so your password never touches our servers. Same secure setup when we add Coros and Polar support.
About 3 minutes. Create an account, connect Garmin Connect™, set up pace zones (or just use the defaults), upload a workout. Done.

Pace zones turn vague instructions like "easy pace" or "tempo" into actual numbers on your watch. No more guessing what "moderate effort" means. And our alias matching is smart: whether your coach says "marathon pace," "MP," or "steady state," we know what they mean.
Absolutely. Warm-ups, cool-downs, repeating intervals, progressive runs, nested structures. "10 min easy, 6x(800m at 5K pace, 400m jog), 10 min easy" becomes a fully structured workout with accurate pace targets for each segment.
Yes. Got a training plan that doesn't sync to Garmin? Screenshot it and we'll convert it. Works with plans from coaches, apps, PDFs, wherever.

Compatibility & Technical
Currently Garmin® watches that support structured workouts: Forerunner series (55, 165, 255, 265, 745, 945, 955, 965), Fenix, Enduro, and Venu. Coros, Polar, and Suunto are coming. Sign up and we'll let you know when your watch is supported.

Yep. Cancel whenever, no fees. Your synced workouts stay on Garmin Connect™. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.
